Mark Lancaster

 

   My Professional GC was founded by Mark Lancaster, an industry veteran, innovator, and inventor with over 25 years of experience in the home services, construction, and commercial property services industries.

   Mr. Lancaster is the inventor of the patented ProMap Autonomous Dispatch System a proprietary technology developed and owned by ProMap Technologies, a first of its kind technology designed for the property services industry. Mr. Lancaster identified inefficiencies that technology had failed to solve. Misaligned job assignments, poor scheduling, inconsistent quality, and lack of accountability inspired him to design a proprietary system to address these concerns.

   The ProMap Autonomous Dispatch System was created for the purpose of setting a new operational standard across the residential, commercial, and institutional environments.

​   Furthermore, Mr. Lancaster is deeply committed to strengthening the skilled trades and building sustainable career pathways. As a result Mr. Lancaster is also the founder of the "Pro Pathways Workforce Development." This initiative reflects Mr Lancaster's belief that the future of the industry depends on well-trained professionals, structured opportunity, and respect for craftsmanship.
