How It Works
Book a Handy Pro in 6 Simple Steps:
My Professional GC makes requesting property services simple. Just follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the rest.
1️⃣ Sign Up for a My Pro GC Membership
Start by registering for your My Pro GC Basic Membership.
Simply submit the following information:
• Name
• Phone Number
• Address
• Email
You can sign up by:
• Texting (Preferred) or calling the My Pro GC membership phone number @ 404-905-7610
• Registering on the My Pro GC website @ myprogc.com
• Emailing contact@myprogc.com
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation text or email with your Member Number, which will be used when requesting services.
2️⃣ Take Photos of the Job
Using your Member Number, take clear photos of the project or service you need completed.
We handle a wide range of property services including:

• Your Member Number
• A short description of the job
• Measurements when required
This helps our team understand the scope of the project and prepare your estimate.
4️⃣ Receive an Approximate Quote
Our team reviews your information and prepares an approximate quote that includes:
• Labor
• Materials (when required)
This allows you to review the expected cost before scheduling the job.
5️⃣ Approve the Quote and Submit Payment
Once you approve the quote, you can submit payment by:
• Completing your order directly on the My Pro GC website, or
• Calling the My Pro GC phone number to process payment.
After payment is received, My Pro GC will begin preparing your project.
If materials are required for the job:
• The materials list will be purchased
• Delivery logistics will be arranged when necessary
• Everything will be prepared before the Handy Pro arrives
This ensures the job can be completed efficiently once your Handy Pro is dispatched.
6️⃣ Handy Pro Dispatched
Once the project is confirmed and materials are ready, My Pro GC promptly dispatches a qualified Handy Pro to complete the work.

How ProScan Works
1. Guided Project Input:
Customers begin by entering project details directly in the app. ProScan prompts users with structured questions tailored to the service type, ensuring critical information is captured consistently.
2. Measurements & Visual Inputs:
Where applicable, customers can submit measurements, photos, and supporting details to help define the scope accurately reducing miscommunication and change orders later.
3. Scope & Service Tier Definition:
ProScan evaluates the information provided and supports service tier classification, determining whether the project aligns with:

This ensures the right level of expertise is assigned from the start.
4. Materials Visibility:
When materials are required, ProScan integrates with ProCore Solutions, allowing customers to view, select, and purchase required materials directly removing hidden markups and upfront contractor deposits.
5. Dispatch-Ready Project Activation:
Once ProScan is complete and payment is confirmed, the project becomes dispatch-ready and is routed through the ProMap Autonomous Dispatch System for real-time scheduling and execution.
ProMap Autonomous Dispatch System
My Professional GC does not operate as a marketplace. Our customers contract directly with My Professional GC, and every job on the platform is accepted, managed, and delivered by us. Once a customer completes payment for their project, My Professional GC confirms and accepts the job, then transitions it from planning to execution using our ProMap Autonomous Dispatch System.
1. Job Confirmation & Activation
A customer signup as a member using their Postal Zip Code. This allow for a faster response because our Handy Pro's mostly services assigned postal zip codes. After membership is established the customer submitts a job request using the My Pro GC ProScan feature and a quote is generated. After the quote has been accepted and payment is confirmed, My Professional GC formally accepts the job and assign it for execution. At that point the scope, service tier, scheduling, and material details defined through ProScan are locked in and sourced before dispatch ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accountability.
2. Job Entered Into the My Professional GC Jobs Dashboard
The accepted job is entered into the My Professional GC Jobs Dashboard, an internal operational system used for professional assignment and dispatch.
Each job record includes:

Job site location and proximity data

Scheduling parameters and access notes
This dashboard supports assignment readiness, not public job bidding.
3. Professional Assignment & Internal Tagging
Based on proximity, qualifications, and service tier authorization, My Professional GC assigns a Handy Pro to the jobsite location.
4. Autonomous Dispatch & Location-Based Routing
Once the assignment is confirmed, ProMap autonomously dispatches the professional.
The system:
